THIRTY DAY FREE LOOK. If You are not completely satisfied with this Policy for any reason, You may return it within 30 days from the date it was delivered to You. To return the Policy, mail or deliver the Policy to Our LTC Administrative Office. We will then refund any premium paid, and the Policy will be treated as if it had never been issued.

We will provide the benefits stated in this Policy subject to the provisions, exceptions and limitations stated on this and the following pages. We have issued this Policy in consideration of the application and payment of the First Premium on or before the date this Policy is delivered to You.

CAUTION.The issuance of this long term care insurance Policy is based upon Your responses to the questions on Your application. A copy of Your application is attached. If Your answers are not complete, true, and correctly recorded, We have the right to deny benefits or rescind Your Policy subject to the Time Limit on Certain Defenses provision. The best time to clear up any questions is now, before a claim arises!

NOTICE TO BUYER. This Policy may not cover all of the costs associated with long-term care You incur during the period of coverage. You are advised to review all Policy limitations carefully. THIS IS NOT A MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT POLICY.
